Scott, a Firefighter-Paramedic and inventor, launched multiple projects on Kickstarter. He has been a full-time Fire Fighter since 2012 and is involved with the Technical Rescue Team and The United States Task Force II Team for natural disaster missions. Scott studied and developed his business and entrepreneurial journey at Florida Atlantic University.
We created Forever Sponge out of frustration of nasty kitchen sponges that just don't last. We know most people are looking at their sponge in disappointment, hoping it'll last just one more day. What is there to say? They live up to their name. NONE of that stinky, crusty funk you get with the usual sponges we are all used to. You know when it has been at your sink for 3 day and it already starts to smell horrid? And never mind how your hands smell after using it at that point. I always hated that!
No MORE! These sponges don't play that! Throw it in the dishwasher every once in a while to keep it freshly cleaned, or don't. It will not stink! It is always ready for the next washing task and 100% resists being cut with your chef's knife....I tried first thing when I got it.
Do yourself a couple of favors: Order some. If you get the subscription, you need to space out the frequency because they really do last!

I was a bit skeptical, but I've been using one for a while now... And it doesn't smell. I wish there was a scrubby/rough side, but small matter as the sponge actually works and isn't developing that gross odor. Magic.

Works great as a sponge and love the "netting" over the outside for scrubbing without scratching. But not yet convinced it won't get smelly as it seldom has the opportunity to completely dry out. Of course this will take time to know.

Absolutely love this sponge. It does a great job on dishes, pots & pans and and most everything else. I have used it for over a month now and love how it cleans. I have had not had an issue with smell, but have added to the dishwasher after a week or two. My other half was good for cutting the sponges purchased previously......lucky for me these have proved to hold up to sharp knives. I will be purchasing more for other cleaning projects around the house.

So far loving it! Usually sponges tend to get a mildewy smell after a while. This one has not. Plus it keeps a lather of soap much longer than a typical sponge saving in dish soap!
