We waited for our order to arrive and it was well worth the wait. We did not use it on our grill. We waited to use it on our 250 gallon offset smoker. We can say the pad held up awesome over the past several cooks. We clean the racks before every and after every cook, especially when we compete in local BBQ competitions. Truly wished we took pictures of the difference, we will send them at a later date.

We have an infrared grill with channelled grates. I was interested in the Rescue grill brush after I saw the version that has fingers. So impressive! Works beautifully!
Definitely a much cleaner and healthier cleaning of the grates with your product. Highly recommend it! Great time saver too.

Our stainless steel grill was so dirty that I thought nothing would clean it. However, Grill Rescue made it presentable after several rounds of heating the grill to 400 degrees and using the cleaning head. I intend to go at it again real soon and imagine I’ll get it to look like new with a bit more effort. I’m so happy I discovered grill rescue!

Grill grate cleaner was easy to use and easy to clean! Didn't have to worry about metal pieces from the wire brushes in my food. Summer BBQs are wayyy better. Thank you Grill Rescue!

Took about a month to receive my order and I was missing part of it. The customer service has been no help. They had keeped telling me they would have it ready by the end of the week (they did this for two weeks). The. I emailed them to let them know about my missing item and they requested photos of what I received I sent and they still have not got back to me about any of it… been a week. Not very happy with customer service.

I am very disappointed in the customer service of this company. I would give them a zero star rating if I could. It took over a month to get the product and I requested cancellation multiple times and was given excuses why they wouldn’t cancel! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

It would be great if they sent me what I paid for. They sent me the grate cleaner but not the dunk tank. I have written to them twice and have not heard back from them. So I can’t send it back and I can’t use it until I hear from them what to do.

After placing my order on June 4th, it sat as “confirmed” for three weeks. I had ordered this as a Father’s Day gift and it quickly became apparent that it wasn’t going to ship in time. I repeatedly asked for a refund and would receive replies offering me free shipping or a discount on my next order. When I would press for a refund I would hear nothing back, until the next day when I would email them again and then they’d give me the run around again and then stop responding when I demanded a refund. They are unable to be reached by phone. I filed a dispute with my credit card and upon informing them of this, the next day I magically received shipping info. I told them I no longer wanted their product, I wanted a refund and they said “sorry, it already shipped we can’t refund you.” I said this was unacceptable, and they never replied back. So now I have to send it back but I will have to pay to ship it as they don’t pay for return shipping. I will never order from this company again.

Absolutely love the brush and dunk bag. Best grill brush I've ever owned. Only downside is the shipping process. Took nearly 2 months after the order was placed until it even shipped, and that's happened twice. But I'll keep ordering because I live the product.

This is the best grill cleaning brush you will ever buy. Quality is great and it works better than advertised. I have had 5 friends buy it so I wish there was a referral code for money off my next purchase or something! Also my wife got this for me as a gift it arrives in custom heavily branded box so the surprise was ruined when I found it on the steps when I got home. Not a reason to give it less than the 5 stars it deserves tho! Buy this and you won’t be unhappy!
