Love the product. However the ordering process could be tightened up a bit. This however maybe growing pains. I submitted my order and my card was charged but never got an email confirming they received my my order. Three weeks later, as I was almost ready to file an inquiry, I got the email that product was shipped. My family thought it was cool and maybe receiving one as a gift at some point

I love the product, so much so, that I ordered a set for my son and that was a disaster. They forgot to send the little bucket and it took me forever to reach someone. Customer service is way overwhelmed and they need to hire more people! Very disappointed in what I had o go through to get this mission g item sent out. Then they sent it to me and not my son so I had to ship it to him myself which was an added expense….

My order was missing the small dunk tank. After a few tries someone finally answered my email. The cleaning pad works fairly well on flat surfaces. But, in between the grill grates is a challenge.

It took almost 6 weeks to get here but it has worked well for several weeks until yesterday. Now the pad suddenly doesnt want to stay attached to the handle and comes off as soon as I pick it up. I will be trying the replacement pad it came with to see if it has the same issue. If it does, this may be a waste. Sucks because it actually cleans with very little effort when it was working.

It’s my new favorite thing about grilling. Safe to use for the food going on the grill which is the main reason I purchased it. I love everything about it. The grill scrub works great and is so much safer than those old awful wire ones where the wires constantly break off. I used it for a party recently and I felt so much better about using this, it cleaned off everything really well and I didn't have to worry about any metal. The dunk tank also made it easy to cool down the scrub as needed.

This order took forever to ship despite paying for expedited shipping. Then, when the order was received, it was incomplete. After several attempts to have the company correct the issue, they have stopped responding to communication requests and I am left with an incomplete order that was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift that arrived late. Very disappointing. I wanted to love the product and the company and what they stood for, but their lack of customer service ruined all that.

it seems to work very well, the scraper makes it a little awkward in the dunk tank and the hanger is a little tight on my grill but works ok. I don't know how long before I have to change the head but seems tone holding up ok for now. As far as the scraper goes it works well but if you're not someone that needs it I wouldn't get it. Over all I like it and would recommend it.

I love this, it breaks down so you can wash/rinse it out in the kitchen sink and then just let it dry on the counter.
My only complaint is the handles for my dunk tank roll back into itself. After looking at it and pictures online it appears they were secured to the inside edges instead of the outside edges.

Absolutely love this “brush”. It does a great job of cleaning the grill both pre and post grilling. Makes clean up a snap as im not struggling with stuck on food.
The bucket works great as well and I can fold it up and hand it next to the brush.
