Very good customer service! Had an issue with the heads not working and they stepped up to the plate and made it right. That is the way customer service works my friend! We had lots of emails and some head scratching but the issue was solved. This is a great product that actually works!! Highly recommend that you get one!

We had a problem with the sponge head for our Grill Rescue and the company promptly sent us a replacement free of charge. That was very much appreciated since we love how it works on our smoker.

I like it because I don't have worry wire brushes. I give to my father day too he tell me he like it too. Got my customer too will order from you too. I give websites were he can orders lots good stuffs.

It took quite a few months for the order to actually arrive. However, the product works great and fits in the dishwasher nicely

Works very very well to keep the grill clean. Only thing that can be hard is that it can smell like wet sponge as due to the quality it does not dry well between uses

It works OK, but it is not aggressive enough to get the grill totally clean. I am HAPPY I bought it because I have found metal bristles on my grill in the past. The scraper is also OK but should be thicker/stronger. As much as I criticize, I still think it worth buying for the SAFETY of not eating metal bristles

Only complaint I can share is that it is difficult to remove the head from the handle sometimes. Otherwise the product works great and my grilling experience is improving!

Love the new heads. Does not work with my existing handle. I had to make alterations with my existing handle to make the new heads work. Not the safest thing, but it’ll ride for now. Love the scrapers!

I love the way that the rescue pad cleans my grill! It really hadn't been clean since I stopped using wire scrubbers due to their shedding of small wire pieces.

My first one had the fingers but for my grill the plain pad works better. And, this pad is easier to remove so I don’t need to borrow man-hands with a screwdriver to remove it for cleaning!

These scraper heads work amazing. I can get the crust or bits between the grates that won’t come lose with the hard scraper and the brush/fabric with the steam of being soaked works amazing. I’m a huge fan and got my mom and brothers to be fans as well, it’s a pretty easy sell to not have wire bristles anyways.

Love the product but have been trying to cancel auto delivery for 3 months with mo success. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will have to try canceling credit card to stop deliveries.

I think the product is good. Performs as advertised. The delivery of the product is terrible. Took 20 days to be delivered. In today’s world that is horrible. Not sure I will promote or order again. Eating is based on delivery time.

It arrived broken and customer service has not responded

Like the idea of eliminating the steel bristles from the grates and our foods. I am really struggling with removing the scraper head from the handle. I’ve watched videos. I’ve had a friend help who also has this. I don’t know if my hand is weak, my grip is weak or the Rescue head is too large for my hand to maneuver it from the handle.

Big fan! I love not having to worry about wire bristles anymore and having something that supports our firefighters. I have a Weber Genesis with the stainless steel grates and a Blackstone grill. It works ok on the Weber except it doesn’t get in between the grates and doesn’t really scrub off the worst areas. I couldn’t afford upgrading to the Pro after I just bought this one and the replacement head. I bought a Scrub Daddy brush for <$20 and it works great to augment my Rescue brush. The Rescue brush works well on the BlackStone. I learned the hard way that you don’t want to use too much water or you may splash some hot steam on you when pulling it back. No harm done just a little safety note. I guess if I can save up for the Pro next year it might help with this also. Thanks again. Mike
