Using steam to clean is awesome! Great idea that I was skeptical of because I was like how does a pad clean a cast iron grill?? It's the intense hear with water using fire resistant fabric that has slots that does the truck. Only flaw is this detachable non-fire resistant hangar attachment. My fault, but all I did was get it close and not on to get this to melt. Love the product. Thank you

I had purchased the original head for my husband's Blackstone. We also tried it on the grill and it worked well. I bought the grill gate head for the grill and it's a game changer.

WOULD BE NICE TO INCLUDESOME DIRECTIONS, LIKE WHICH WAY DO YOU SNAP ON, IT MAY SEEM OBVIOUS, BUT WITHOUT THINKING IT IS EASY TO BACKWARDS. NOT AS EASY TO REMOVE AS SHOWN!!! THANKS

Grill Rescue cleaning device has always worked perfectly and thoroughly cleans my grill no matter what is on it! Prefer the slotted head as it cleans the sides of my grill as well as the top. Got a replacement, only needed after many years of usage, and very simple to swap out the heads. Truly a great product for your grill!

The Grill Grate brush gets between the gates really well. However, I have to pick it up and move it a lot since there's a gate running horizontally through the center of my gate.

Love it and feel safe that i don't have to gear metal bristles. Cleans like a champ!

I went from using the solid pad cleaner to using the "toothed" pad cleaner with metal head (scraper). Love it! Glad I changed it up. It allowed me a better way to clean the grill. Thanks!!

My husband wasn’t confident this would do well but I told him, “it’s designed by a firefighter, it’ll probably be the best grill brush you’ll ever use.” It’s the best grill brush we’ve ever used. Customer for life here.

Could be a defect in the head but it does not completely latch on to the brush handle. When you scrub the grill, it detaches itself. I feel like this is a one off problem though as my regular brush head fits perfectly and works fine.

A fantastic upgrade to the original grill brush that I had bought! Cleans my grill perfectly every time. The grooves allow me to get into the spots in between each part of the grate and the addition of the scraper helps get those really really tough spots off.

Absolutely the best grill cleaner!! I made the mistake of buying the flat one first that is for griddles when I needed the one with the fingers to get between the grates. Luckily you can just buy the attachments. It is so easy to use. I love it and highly recommend!!!

Love the brush. Took 4-6 weeks to receive my order. Will think long and hard before I order straight from grill rescue again. Will probably buy igrill rescue on Amazon so I can actually get my items. Customer service was almost no help either. Great product! Terrible customer service experience.

Although we’ve loved this product, somehow I got roped into recurring charges every two months and another grill grate head. I don’t remember signing up for replacements. Despite contacting customer service, they said I had to receive a replacement head every two months and charged for each for at least six months. I don’t appreciate underhanded business practices. That being said, it’s a good product over wire grill brushes and the possibility of having wire pieces getting into our food that we grill. Read the fine print and understand what you’re paying for ..

This works better than any wire brush I've ever used. You can actually see the metal the grillgrate instead of a coating of char from months of use.

I haven’t used this yet because I ordered the water bucket with this and it shows order delivered and I only got the sponge. I contacted the company via email weeks ago and they said they would send one out and I still have not received item or received any notification of such order en route.

I'm very pleased with the Grill Rescue cleaning heads because they do an excellent job of cleaning the grill without the worry of getting metal fibers in my food.

Product quality is 5/5 hands down. Love the product. Customer service and logistics is where they lack. I ordered my products several weeks before Father’s Day and did not receive them until over a month later and didn’t have an update until I reached out inquiring about my order in which they responded they were very busy with orders due to Father’s Day and having trouble keeping up with the demand. Although it is understandable, there was no notice when ordering about delays, they still had a Father’s Day sale going on encouraging more purchases, and I had to reach out to find out what was going on. One of my handles also had sticky residue all over the handle which I was able to clean off but either some sticker melted onto it during shipping and handling or it was lightly used at some point and then returned. It’s just a handle so not worth returning especially when I can just clean it and it doesn’t affect function but it just adds on. Great product, poor customer care.

This is my second person brush! I’ve gotten a few as gifts because it’s that great. The cleanliness and the stress free of no metal shards really makes the grilling experience so much better! The grill grate brush is a game changer compared to the OG sponge. Doesn’t perfectly fit the traeger grates, yet still gets the job above and beyond done. *Side note* if you skeptical on the price vs quality, get the forever sponge and that will answer all your questions. Also LOVE that thing.
