I was initially skeptical about how this product would work when I saw the TV ad. However, since it supports a good cause, I thought, "why not give it a try?" I do a lot of barbecuing and used to clean my grills with a metal brush, but I realized that it could be dangerous if any metal bristles got stuck on the grill and ended up in my food. To my surprise, this product works incredibly well! I never imagined that using steam to clean the grill could be so effective. The product is well-made, and I am confident it will last a long time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Probably better to ship the two pieces NOT attached.

Excellent product. We had a bristle brush and my wife ended up in the hospital with a piece stuck in her throat that needed surgery.

When I steam my grill, I feel like it is really clean. I don't worry about germs that may have lingered, because the high heat and water kill those germs.
My only problem is I would like to have an extra pad on hand in case this one does get damaged and I'm having difficulty finding one.
But I do love my new grill cleaner!!!

I love the Grill Brush/Scaper but not too happy with the company. I bought the Grill Brush/Scaper on sale and had to pay for shipping. I thought since I paid for shipping that it would arrive within a reasonalbe time. It was almost a month until it arrived. When it arrived, it was damaged so I had to wait another two weeks until a replacement arrived.
As for the Brush, it works as described. I was very impressed with how clean it made my grill. Much better and safer than the old wire brush!
