My complaint would be it doesn't get into the nooks and crannies of the grill plates. There's also no place to putt it once done. You can't put it back into the bowl of water because it too heavy and the water and bowl tip over.

This is a best way to clean my weber grill after 25 years.
I like the way it steam cleaned the grill, but it does get hot at the handle. Also I had issues pulling off the pad for the first time.
If it gets clean in my dishwasher, that will be the absolute test.
