I really love it. I like the way it cleans and it’s worked great. My only drawback was that I didn’t understand how to change out the pads and so the first one when I was messing with it I broke one of the clips it still works, but now that I understand how it works it’s better I don’t think I saw anything in directions is how to get it to disconnect and reconnect, but I could be totally wrong.

We bought our first grill rescue years ago. No more wire brushes for us! We bought one for both of our sons, and they loved them too! Although our grilling season is short, (we live in western NY) we use it before every time we grill!! We. Will not lean our grill any other way. Does an amazing job. Hearing that sizzle and seeing the steam, oh yeah I know my grills clean. Another tip, we cut an onion in half and rub the surface of the grill while it’s still hot, adds a nice flavor and somehow makes it almost non stick. Great product, highly recommended

The Grill Rescue is by far the best grill cleaning tool I have ever had. I’ve been grilling for over 40 years and during that time have used traditional wire brushes, the all wood cleaning tool, pumice blocks and the circular metal cleaning brush. None of them even come close to the Grill Rescue. I love how it works like a powerful steam cleaner, and the added metal scraper is there for the real caked on spots. My first pad lasted over a year, and we grill year round. Just installed my new pad so ready for many months of easy cleaning.

I have been using this since it was first released. It is awesome on both the grated grill and the Blackstone! I even use it on my smoker. The key is to have your grill hot and your sponge very wet. Have a bowl of water to re-dip it in to so that you can do your whole grill in one swoop.

Did not receive my complete order. All 3 dunk tanks were missing from my order. I ordered two boxes in order to give them as gifts. Grill rescue charges you for the boxes and then uses those boxes to ship everything you ordered. Customer service doesn’t respond quickly. If they don’t fulfill my order I am sending everything back.

I've been using Grill Rescue for over a year now and highly recommend it. It's good to know that I can effectively and safely clean my grill each time I use it (and I use it almost every day). It is reliable and easy to use. Just heat the grill, add a little water to the scrub pad, and brush away whatever got left there the last time you grilled.
When I went to get new grill heads, the order accidentally got sent to an old address. Grill Rescue customer service was so helpful - they responded as soon as I inquired, and even sent me a replacement pack free of charge.

If you’re used to using the wire brushes, this will take some getting used to, but it’s worth it! Since it’s a smoother cleaning surface, it takes some patience to get the grill as clean as a metal brush would, but it does get the job done. It’s a really solid design, it doesn’t feel cheap, and the handle is long enough to reach the back of your grill without feeling too much heat. I definitely recommend buying the one with the metal scraper on it. It serves at a safe middle ground between a metal and non metal brush.

I really don’t know how I ended up with a fourth replacement head. I do not remember ordering it but I now have a lifetime supply. I have used my original head to clean my Holland Grill and Weber grill all summer fall and now winter with no sign of wear.

This is the BEST and SAFEST Grill Grate Cleaning brush you can get. Super durable and long lasting (until your next "brush head" delivery or longer depending on use. I love the steam cleaning effect. Sooooo much safer than wire brushes. I have used on my Weber steel grates, my chepo smokers cast-iron grates and my off-set smokers porcelain coated grates. Hands downn THE BEST! And now that I have the little water basket to soak my brush in, rather than my glass bowls, there is even less clean up! GRILL RESCUE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

These are the best thing ever for the black stone bill. They had som shipping issues and it took 3 weeks to get the heads. They sent emails saying they were shipped DHL and USPS. Neither of the tracking numbers could be updated. They came and all is well. I threw he old one away because they said it shipped the next day. Had to burn my hands until it came. I assume the shipping issue was because of a fathers day special they were running.

I can't express how well the grill rescue works for my grill grates and my flat top griddle. Use it before and after each cook and it works great. the rumors are facts; there is NO better or safer way to clean your grill. period. wire or plastic brushes work well maybe one time, then they fray and the bristles break off. so where do you think they go? riiiiiiiiiiight. try the Grill Rescue brush system, and you won't be disappointed.
