Grill Rescue Box

I'm impressed with the rescue grill brush and will be adding them to my Christmas purchases.

My grill cleaner works great! Saving the box to send the second grill cleaner we purchased to my daughter as a Christmas gift - so they can safely clean the grill, Blackstone, and Traeger.

I bought this one for a Christmas present. Mine really works well, especially when something overflowed and burned I my oven!

Buying this means they’ll ship you your product in this big box. That’s all. This is NOT and extra box for storing the item. It’s just a big box to shop your item in. Waste of money

Waste of money! This was simply the box the item was shipped in, it was not the complete order, it took months to even ship I paid for expedited shipping, and my order was INCOMPLETE! Only gets 1 star because I had to give it a star rating.

Love the grill rescue! Works great and much better than the traditional brush to clean your grill. Love that you can put the head in the dishwasher.

A rugged piece of equipment that does the job. And getting the “water bag” was a smart move because it holds just enough water and is the perfect size. Glad I bought it.

They advertised FOR FATHERS day. I ordered weeks in advance. I didn't receive until weeks after father's day. They obviously didn't care... I did. Very frustrating. NOT even a good product. Once it's dirty, it's trash. Wasn't worth the wait.

Product looks good. Have not used yet. Shipping absolutely terrible. Customer support terrible. Will not recommend to anyone

This was supposed to be a gift box for a present and they actually shipped it LATE in this box. So not only did it arrive late….came after Father’s Day(ordered weeks before)….it said what it was on the box.

0 stars!!! Worst buying experience so far, horrible delivery lead time, don't bother spending extra money on expedited shipping because your product will not arrive at your door for a month. If you can't keep up with the demand don't sell the product and you will not receive your complete order plus good luck with their customer service department..

Did not receive the full order. The order was placed before Father’s Day and not received until a month later.

I ordered the grill brush with an extra head and a dunk tank. The dunk tank was missing from my order. I contacted customer service via email. They replied requesting I send them photos of the shipment and items, which I did. Days passed with no response. I sent another email follow-up requesting status — no response. I reached out again — no reply. I paid money for a product I have yet to receive. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Used it once so far, worked great. Tried to wash in sink, but not coming clean. Going to try to wash it in dishwasher. Shipping took a LONG time.

Expected for Father’s Day - didn’t even have it July 4th. Purchased package with dipping tank for grill side cleaning & tidy - dipping tank missing in delivery - no communication about when or if it will ship. ? Still advertising will ship right away . … don’t do it. Not worth it. Also whole kit now $54. - I paid $72 for the “get it by father’s day SALE!”

Ordered two dunk tanks. One was included with an order, and the other was a separate order. Both say they were delivered but were the only items I never received. No follow-up response.

My order was incomplete. You do get a quick automated response and someone does get back to you. They say their are sorry and will get the missing item to you and will send shipping confirmation. It ends there. Shipping confirmation never comes and when you email back your message gets kicked back because the mailbox is full. So now I am stuck with an incomplete order and no help from the company.

My husband received this for Father’s Day and loves it!

The grill brush looks great. We have no had a chance to use it yet but my husband is excited. However, it took a month to ship, and I paid for expedited shipping.

Did not receive my complete order. All 3 dunk tanks were missing from my order. I ordered two boxes in order to give them as gifts. Grill rescue charges you for the boxes and then uses those boxes to ship everything you ordered. Customer service doesn’t respond quickly. If they don’t fulfill my order I am sending everything back.

Great way to present the product

I thought this was going to be a gift box in another box. Not the case. It was the actual box my items were shipped in.very disappointed I couldn't use it as a gift box.

I thought I would receive this box inside of a shipping box. Not that this would be the shipping box. Wanted to use it as the box for this gift. Now my gift box has a shipping label and tape all over it. Very disappointing.

I’m very happy with my item, but I was so disappointed to see that the gift box that I purchased was the box that was used for shipping. It definitely was not presentable for a gift that I was looking forward to giving my husband. Had I not purchased the gift box I’m wondering what it would have come packaged in

I was disappointed that the box was outright and the label placed on it. My husband saw right away, so it had to be an early gift vs getting to wrap it in the box.

Fantastic grill cleaner!!

I got mine given to me and loved it so I ordered 3 brushes with gift boxes for Christmas gifts. Unfortunately I only got one of the gift boxes with the 3 brushes. And paying extra for faster shipping with usps is not worth it. As far as the brush itself I would without a doubt purchase again.

It came on time well presented. Loved how it cleaned. No bits of metal brush or flecks of metal flicking up and hitting me while I cleaned. Looks good and sturdy too.

This brush was everything I expected. I love it. Cleans good.

If I could give you zero stars, I would. I ordered this on 11/29 as a Christmas present. I checked on the order the week before the holiday and was told it would be expedited. Today is January 6 and I still have seen nothing. This is a sham and all I want now is to get my money back. No product is worth this wait - at least not in the land of grill cleaners.

Thought that would would be great for gifting and include tissue paper and come inside a protected box - no it was just a box that the stuff came inside - no protection so the box got ruined in transit and I cannot use.

Literally a cardboard box that was smashed during delivery. Nothing special about this box. Not sure what it would’ve been shipped in if I hadn’t added this. For some reason I actually thought this was something you store the brush in!

Wait until spring

You are paying for a fancy shipping box that will get taped up and label will be placed on the box. Also it will most likely get damaged in transit depending on on carrier.

They’re great. I like that they can be put in the dishwasher.
