Although we’ve loved this product, somehow I got roped into recurring charges every two months and another grill grate head. I don’t remember signing up for replacements. Despite contacting customer service, they said I had to receive a replacement head every two months and charged for each for at least six months. I don’t appreciate underhanded business practices. That being said, it’s a good product over wire grill brushes and the possibility of having wire pieces getting into our food that we grill. Read the fine print and understand what you’re paying for ..

This works better than any wire brush I've ever used. You can actually see the metal the grillgrate instead of a coating of char from months of use.

I haven’t used this yet because I ordered the water bucket with this and it shows order delivered and I only got the sponge. I contacted the company via email weeks ago and they said they would send one out and I still have not received item or received any notification of such order en route.

I'm very pleased with the Grill Rescue cleaning heads because they do an excellent job of cleaning the grill without the worry of getting metal fibers in my food.

Product quality is 5/5 hands down. Love the product. Customer service and logistics is where they lack. I ordered my products several weeks before Father’s Day and did not receive them until over a month later and didn’t have an update until I reached out inquiring about my order in which they responded they were very busy with orders due to Father’s Day and having trouble keeping up with the demand. Although it is understandable, there was no notice when ordering about delays, they still had a Father’s Day sale going on encouraging more purchases, and I had to reach out to find out what was going on. One of my handles also had sticky residue all over the handle which I was able to clean off but either some sticker melted onto it during shipping and handling or it was lightly used at some point and then returned. It’s just a handle so not worth returning especially when I can just clean it and it doesn’t affect function but it just adds on. Great product, poor customer care.

This is my second person brush! I’ve gotten a few as gifts because it’s that great. The cleanliness and the stress free of no metal shards really makes the grilling experience so much better! The grill grate brush is a game changer compared to the OG sponge. Doesn’t perfectly fit the traeger grates, yet still gets the job above and beyond done. *Side note* if you skeptical on the price vs quality, get the forever sponge and that will answer all your questions. Also LOVE that thing.

Excellent product! My husband absolutely loves how the Grill Grate cleaner works!!

Unless you’re lucky enough the little grooves line up perfectly with your grates then it’s probably not worth getting this version. I’ve had the original (straight non-grooved) version and this one. My grates don’t line up and as result I think the original cleaned better. The grooves on the scraper make that part nearly useless. Is compared to straight scraper on original. I usually use the metal scraper first for heavy stuff like burnt on BBQ sauce then the sponge side for the deep clean. Love the original and concept. Dip in water and steam cleans a hot grill in seconds without worry of metal bristles. I give this 4 star but original 5 star. Just wish the sponge head stayed cleaner longer. I’m going on my third replacement head but get a good bit of use of it!

I ordered the new head that works perfectly with Grill Grates. This thing is a game changer when it comes to cleaning the grill. Heavy duty, and it cleans between the aluminum fins on the grill grate. Cuts cleaning time in half, and does a much better job. I will be ordering another one!

My grates are cleaner than ever makes it so much easier to keep the holes clean and grates clean for cook than just using a dry nylon brush

It’s the same quality of other rescue brush pasds, but unfortunately for me, the fingers are too wide to fit in between the grooves in the grids on my grill.

What I've been waiting for! I have had the original Grill Rescue Brush since the Kickstarter Days. But because I had a deep grate grill I still had to use another brush (non metal bristles) to get in-between the grate heads. This new head with the split sponge fixes that issue. Also the scraper also has breaks in it to fit the top of the grate. Great work (pun intended)

Very happy with the newly released grid style replacement heads. I’m using these on standard pellet grill grates because the flat Grill Rescue heads do not reach into the curves between the grates. The new style head cleans much better. Buy. With. CONFIDENCE!

In all my years of bar b Qing (and trust me it’s a lot) I have never ever gotten my grills as clean as they get now!!! They look brand new even with heavy duty residual grease, food scrap and sauces burned onto the surface. To put it succinctly, you’ve reinvented the wheel!!! Well worth the purchase!!!

This device is much more of a complete clean on my grill than the flat version, which is also very good.

Works so well! I am so glad I got this because it cleans the grill grates perfectly. One caution though - use an oven glove if your grates are really hot. It creates way more steam than when your are cleaning regular grills.
