Received the replacement handle that was defective along with 2 replacement heads. Thank you for the replacement. The new one works fine…except that when I need to remove a head from the handle, I have to have my son take it off. My hand and finger strength is not good enough to be able to remove the head. I think a better design for detachment of the cleaning head would be a great improvement, however, the product cleaning capability is excellent!

Love the handle and the pads, disappointed no scraper on the end. I’m sure I messed up when ordering but I thought there would be a scraper at the end. As well as the pad works cleaning, and not having to worry about metal pieces in food from other scrapers, I really need a metal scraper at the end to get some food stuck on the grill.

Well it’s been rough. I ordered it for my husband for Father’s Day and he passed away on June 6th of this year. I don’t grill much but did one day with someone’s help and it cleaned the grill spic and span!! I was pleased with my only use so far. Very well made.

Works great, I love the pad design and it is easy to use - just add water! The handle shape does make it a little awkward to get the right leverage to press down, but it also does not need as much pressure to clean compared to a metal brush (still lacks some desired improvement though).

Works as well as described. Stayed fairly clean for us, and cleaned most of the gunk off the grates. Used a scraper for some areas between the bars of the grates, but amazingly clean and no metal bristles to worry about.

Easy to use and works as advertised. A very good option for a weekly cleaning. If you are going for a shiny silver clean, that will take more effort but this works exactly as it needs to and is worth having.

A friend of my husband had suffered health issues from a grill brush bristle that he swallowed. We are glad not to have to worry about that happening since we now own our grill rescue brush. It also works great cleaning the grill. All grill brushes should be as safe and functional as yours. It should be a law so nobody gets hurt.

Customer service lacks greatly with this company. I had an issue with my order not being complete, missing the dunk tank, and was barely able to get a response from them. Initially after sending an email within and hour of receiving order I would get a response requesting a picture of what I received. After that, they went silent. Tried calling ( unable to receive calls or leave message) FB messaged them (no response), email is the only way. After my issues I had with them, I saw numerous posts that make this seem very widely occurring. Poor business model, you would think they want return customers. Don't buy from them.

Cleaning head works well. Doesn’t stay on tight I needed to adhere it with gorilla tape. Took forever to ship. Disappointed because when it arrived the entire order didn’t come, the order was incomplete. The brush same extra head shipped not the dunk tank.

I've seen the ads and the videos for quite some time but I finally decided to give your product a try to use on my steelmade flat top that sits on my gas grill. Quite frankly it's a pain to clean using paper towels and regular fiber Grill brushes. Wiping it down with a paper towel and then using your product as described steam cleans the flat top perfectly.

Luv the cleaning aspect. I have 2 of them. My only drawback is the difficulty to remove the head to clean. We both have the same challenge of if we can remove the head. Most times it’s a no due to the grease dirt and trying to grab that remove the head.

I like the product it works really well, I believe the problem is I don’t think you needed to charge for the black hanging thing, and also I thought there would be a scraper on it but now I realize you have to charge an extra $10 for thatI do like it in the next one I purchased I will make sure I have the steel scraper on it
