The Grillrescue is a great product and the handle does hold your weight when you stand on it. The only thing that it cannot withstand is an 80 Pound English Setter who is mad at you so he chewed the handle!

I only received 1 of the 3 grill brushes that I ordered. I immediately contacted the company and they asked for a picture of what Ireceived. I sent the picture and they told me that they would let me know when my replacements were shipped. I haven’t heard back and it’s been 2 weeks. Needless to say I didn’t give them as Christmas presents and I’ve not received a refund for my missing items.
UPDATE: This company promptly reached out to me after this review and expedited my missing items. I was finally able to use my grill cleaner and it was amazing the way it cleaned my grill! I popped off the scrubber and put it in my dishwasher. It’s ready to use for my next grilling. I am very pleased with my purchase!

The reviews seem too good to believe so I was slow to buy. This was my mistake. It works incredibly well on the blackstone and cut my cleaning time down each and every time. I’m sold and will recommend to anyone. Ill order the head without the scraper next time since for me it seems more in the way than it was a benefit due to using it on the blackstone but that’s no fault to anyone just a different feature set. From one first responder to another, thank you for what you do.

I just used the grate cleaner with scraper, it is the best grill brush/tool I have ever used. Besides the exceptional performance the customer service I received far exceeded my expectations. I contact customer service by email at 345PM Sunday (Labor Day Weekend and 35PM I had a replacement part being shipped. Six minute turnaround on a holiday weekend, thank you Danielle for the strong sense of urgency. This is what exceptional customer service looks like to me.

I love the Grill Rescue brush and how well it works on cleaning my grill grates. The worst to clean is burned on barbeque sauce and this was able to clean it off quickly and efficiently. We have a friend that spent several hours in the Emergency Room because a wire from a traditional grill brush came off on their food and became lodged in his

The product itself was great, and once received, my husband loved it.
My issue is with the customer service and delivery method. I ordered almost a month before my husbands birthday. About two weeks before I hadn’t heard anything about shipping so I emailed customer service, they made it seem like it was my fault that it didn’t get shipped… apparently I didn’t put my email address in upon ordering. If that is a requirement it should have been a required field - I didn’t even know I missed it. They acknowledged that it was late getting shipped out and refunded my shipping costs. When it finally did show up, it was broken and I was told that a tracking number would be sent to me for the replacement. It was not- so I had to email customer service again. The person that answered told me it was already shipped and gave me the tracking number… the replacement showed up a week after that.

First, it took far longer to receive than I expected. Approx 2 weeks. This was not a big deal but probably should be made clearer.
Immediately after I placed my order, I got an offer to add to my order another brush with 2 heads for $10 less than what I paid for the brush with one head (need better marketing?)
The brush works exactly as promised and actually better than my expectations. After cleaning the go throw the head in the dishwasher, super easy.
Interestingly, there is nothing to hang the brush with. I drilled a hole and put a small rope in it (worked fine).

Nice solid product that really does a good job cleaning crud off the grates. We were skeptical at first since we’ve always used those nasty wire brushes to scrap off the baked-on goo. BUT, steam cleaning works way better that those brushes. It cleaned off the grates in no time too! Love the product and have recommended it to our grilling friends. Thank you!

Absolutely not happy that it took almost TWO MONTHS to receive from the date I ordered and the option for rush shipping was made available at the time of order…and that you guys actually charged me for rush shipping. Also NOT happy that I didn’t receive any notifications or correspondence advising of the delay and that my inquiries were ignored.
Would be cool if I also actually received the bottle opener I ordered and was charged for. Also, no notice or advisement on that either. I will still be filling with my credit card company.

It's a good tool that definitely beats scraping the grates with a wire brush. It cleans better with less effort. The scraper on top is good for tough bits. The steam clean finishes the job nicely. I like to have a bucket of water close by so I can rinse and repeat as needed.
